The quickest way to block someone from sending messages to you using the BulkSMS messaging platform is to reply to the sender's sms with the word STOP. A message sent using BulkSMS would typically come from 27820070021xxxx if you are on Vodacom, 27833260062xxxx if you are on MTN, and 27840001201xxxx if you are on Cell C or Virgin. Additionally, the facility below enables you to find out who messaged you using the BulkSMS platform, and block the offending user from messaging you. It will show you all recent messages sent to your mobile via our platform. You can then block individual users of ours from messaging you and obtain the contact details of the original sender. If no sender details are shown you were probably messaged through another service provider. To find out which service provider was used visit the consumer protection website at www.smscode.co.za and follow the instructions. (Once you have found out which service provider was used you can contact the service provider and find out from them how to go about stopping the messaging.)
